Thanks for everyone sponsoring me - Well it is all over, I managed to complete the 135 miles in a little over 12hours despite the seasonal cold and wet weather for the last half of the ride.

 

Again thanks to all for the sponsorship - let's all hope that the money all of us on the ride yesterday and today raised will be put to good use by Cancer Research UK.

HI everyone - thanks for visiting my fundraising page for 2010.

As some of you may remember I did the Coast 2 Coast cycle ride last year for Cancer Research inspired by the bravery of my sister-in-law Alison. Well I did it and was delighted to see her at the finish of the ride.

Also since then it has emerged that a dear friend Sally has also been diagnosed with breast cancer - thankfully her immense bravery has been rewarded with a continued recovery.

So in tribute to the immense bravery of Alison and Sally I am again doing the Coast 2 Coast and hope that you will sponsor me for the effort again!
