As many of you know I unfortunately lost my mother, Heather Mole to cancer last April.  

During the last few weeks of my mum's life she was cared for at Willow Wood Hospice.  I never knew really what a hospice did until this time.  I honestly cannot think of anyway the hospice could have treated my mum and my family any better.  Whilst it was the most difficult time in my life the hospice helped me and my family in every way they could.  I'm eternally grateful for that and running this marathon is small thank you to all the great people who work there.
