Like many people, I suffer with my mental health, and I would like to let others know that 'it is okay, not to be okay!'   Since I began cycling, I have found that I have been able to feel much better about myself and what I can achieve.  I want to use this positively, to help others overcome the 'black dog' that can engulfs us.  I have lost family and friends who were not able to seek help or reach out to others for the support they need.  I know that feeling of loss and question why they could not talk to someone.  Your support will help us to provide services and support for people who really need our help.  This campaign means a lot to me and I hope you will support me?
