Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. On 10th December 2011, I am taking part in a 6 Hour Charity spin class in aid of "Help for Heroes"

I've just purchased some re-inforced cycling shorts..... I think I'm gonna need them!!! its equivalent of 75 miles....

The Charity is very close to my heart. Having served in the RAF for 18 years. Whether you agree or not with the military presence throughout the world. Every week boys and girls from the services are being severely injured or even worse dying in the name of our country. The charity does exactly what it says on the can "Helps our Heroes"

I know times are hard, but a small donation from lots of people is as much appreciated as larger donations. Please give as much as you can spare. Any amount will really make a difference.
