Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

To get rid of some of the flab from a year of inactivity since leaving Friends Reunited I've decided to ride the Etape Caledonia on 16th May.  It's a 130km ride around the Highlands of Scotland (with lots of big hills - ouch!).  With six weeks to go and very little training under my belt I thought I needed an additional incentive so have decided to do the ride in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Over the years Macmillan has provided invaluable support to a number of my close friends and family, helping them through some very difficult times.
