Story
In 2019, my 20 year old son Ned went deaf in one ear, then one side of his face lost movement and we received the devastating news that he had a rare childhood brain tumour. Within weeks, my wife was also diagnosed with breast cancer. There followed months and months of surgery, radio, and chemotherapy. The NHS staff were brilliant, and both are now living full and active lives. Underneath all that the medics did was solid scientific research. I can't support such research enough. the folks at Brain Tumour Research directly contribute to the work doctors do - so please join me in supporting them if you can. I know not everyone's story ends as positively as ours does, but more research means more people's stories might do. Thanks for your support.
