Thanks for visiting our page. Jo and Richard are looking to raise money during 2021 in memory of Jo’s Dad who died following a heart attack. The money used will help fund further research by the British Heart Foundation  

Last year Richard cycled 158 miles and Jo started running again in September. 

We have set ourselves a goal of Richard cycling 2021 miles and Jo running and cycling a combined total of 2021 calculated in km for running and miles for cycling.
