Stephanie Moore MBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund in partnership with Cancer Research UK, following the death of her husband, Bobby Moore, from bowel cancer. The Bobby Moore Fund is now a leader in the fight against bowel cancer, funding research that’s helping more people to survive than ever before.

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page for the Tokyo Marathon 2010. On 28th February I'll be running the Tokyo Marathon to raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund (part of Cancer Research ). http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/bobbymoorefund/

Bowel cancer is the third most common cancer in the . Whilst the disease claimed my father, and the life of footballer Bobby Moore (who was only 51 when he died), around two-thirds of bowel cancer cases could be prevented by changes to lifestyle. Your money will be used by this charity to fund research into bowel cancer and to raise public awareness of the disease.
