Story

I will be swapping my cosy bed for some hard pavements when i take part in a Midnight Walk in memory of my brother.

My name is Richard Storey, 28, from Chesham, and i am  taking part in the Hospice of St Francis' Midnight Walk on Saturday, June 29 in memory of my brother Michael who received care at the hospice.

I have opted for the 11-mile-route,  "I'm looking forward to it, I've just got a serious amount of fitness to do before. I've been waiting for something to come up that I could physically do and to be honest I thought it was about time I did something.

"The hospice is such a great organisation and was there for my brother and family at a time of great need.

"I want to be able to walk for them to give something back to pay for the care of others."
