Last year I ran the Bristol 10K to raise money for Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal, which had been a huge help to the 3-year-old daughter of some friends who had been in and out of hospital with cancer for most of her life. Thankfully she is now doing a lot better. However, because I've decided to run the 10K again this year, I thought it would be a good idea to carry on helping to raise money for this amazing children's charity so that other sick children can continue to get the best possible treatment at Bristol Children's Hospital.
