Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I completed the London to Brighton bike ride on September 11th with the support of my friends Tim, Dave and partner Ciara. Time was not important to me. However excluding breaks it took me around 6 hours to complete. You can still donate up until the 15th April (Phils birthday 2023). Thank you to those that have already donated.

As many of you may know, on 18th April 2022 my brother took his own life due to suffering from Domestic Abuse. He was an amazing Father, Uncle and Brother. He was only 40 years and 3 days old when he died.

He pledged to leave £10,000 to Victim support Isle of Man. His friends and family are looking to match and or better that donation with continuing charitable events. This is my first charity event for my brother and it won't be my last. I lost my best friend and partner in crime as a child.

I will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride on September 11th 2022. 55 miles in total. Phill was an avid cyclist and it only seems right to raise funds doing something he loved.

Thank you

Richard
