Rugby gives us a lot, a home, lifelong friends, camaraderie, a purpose, discipline. 

But it can take a lot too, Rugby is a physical sport, it forges your character & gives you values, but it can come at a high price for the small number of players who suffer catastrophic injuries.

Take one second out of the 80 minutes and consider the effect that injury could have and then don't be shy, put your hand in your pocket and make someone who loves rugby as much as you a little help.......
