Thank you to all who donated for my ultra marathon. I managed to come 38th out of 61 with a time of 7 hours 36 mins. The hardest thing I have ever done. It's been 48 hours now and I still cannot walk properly. Thank you all again, it really meant a lot to me. All in memory of Harry Grice
Im going to be running the South Devon Ultra-marathon on the 18th of February 2012 in memory of my grandad Harry Grice. The run is 34 miles long which is 54Km. The average time for this last year was 6 hours 45 minutes, Im aiming to do this run in under 6 hours. The course is extremely hilly and has some testing features. Im doing this run for St Johns Hospice (Lancaster). After visiting the hospice i soon realised how much hard work they put in and how any money raised is greatly appreciated. Without fundraising they could not continue there vital work at the hospice and any money raised will help them massively. Thank you very much for visiting my page, any donations will be greatly appreciated and i promise you all that i will be putting in 110% all the way round. In the very unlikely event that i get called to Afghanistan, i will run the 34 miles in Camp Bastion, however like i said before this is very unlikely and is worst case scenario. Thank you very much for your support.
