Hi All,

 I am joining the masses in Manchester (probably in the rain) to run the 10km's for charity - Marie Curie Cancer Care.

I know I have left it mega late as the race is this Sunday 16th May but it only takes 5 minutes or so to get your wallet or purse and find that flexi friend and type those numbers in. The longer you have the more you will put it off so please dig deep and sponsor me now and help me raise some funds for such a worthwhile cause.

It becomes very apparent when you are running along and see so many signs on people's back stating that special person so close to them that they are doing it for and it makes it all so very real as its not very far from many peoples lives....
