Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At the end of July there are 12 of us brave fellows from the U.K venturing to southern ireland , there we will be meeting 12 others to risk life and large limbs in a sponsored Kayake trip covering about 70 km over two days .

The 24 of us will be supported by some great experts and now you i hope !

It is in aid of the Charlie Froud foundation which is always close to my heart , you may remember  I managed a couple of years ago to ride over 100 Miles from Reading to Bristol raising  close to £850 for the charity.

As you know with my slight pysique I will of course be boyant but will I be able to manage the full trip ?

If you believe I can do it please do sponsor me , if you think I cant make it please sponsor me for more money and make me prove you embarrasingly wrong. Any amount of course is greatfully welcome.
