Well after 40 years & at the grand age of 63 I have eventually plucked up the courage to run my first Great North Run. I am a little nervous but looking forward to completing the 13+ miles & at the same time raising some money for the marvelous charity that I volunteer as a driver for.  Daft as a Brush is a local charity that transports patients to hospital to enable them to receive their treatment,  then makes sure they are safely home again. 

They are an amazing charity and I am proud to be able to support them. Please support me & give what you can.
