Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having never cycled 100 miles in one day before and just turned 50 I guess it's one to tick off the bucket list! I am doing it with 3 friends and we have been training since January 2014. In covering nearly 900 miles and having a blast, it's been great to see the local countryside around South East Wales much of which I would never have seen otherwise.
