I completed my journey on 13th. July 2011 at 1304hrs. Total mileage was 969 and it took me 23 days.

One mad moment last year I decided to try something I'd meant to do for the last 63 years - cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End. With my Summer Employer, Kent County Cricket Club, allowing me a few weeks grace from looking after extremely well organised Cricketers, I am going for it on 21st. June this year.

It's about 970 miles (subject to my map reading) and will take me anywhere from 21 days to an awful lot of days to complete. I'm doing it alone with no support, so wish me well please!
