On the 3rd of March i'll be fighting in the Mighty Fighter Boxing event that's being held at Evoke nightclub in Chelmsford. 

Its being held in memory of a fine young man who sadly took his own life after suffering with mental health issues last year so please give what you can so we can try and raise awareness to let people know its ok to not be ok . 

This is the first time I have ever stepped into the boxing ring and most probably the last but the battle I'm about to face over the next 8 weeks is nothing compared to what some people are suffering on a daily basis.

I'll do my best to make you proud Ty, I know you'll be in my corner.

The Frank Bruno Foundation will provide structured non-contact boxing sessions and well-being programs aimed to relieve the social, emotional and mental distress that adversely affects the mental health of children, young people and adults.
