In September I'll be taking part in a half-ironman (1.9km swim, 93km bike, 19km run) triathlon in Anglesey. As part of this, I'm raising as much funding as possible for Mind Pembrokeshire, having lived in the area for the past couple of years. They're a mental health charity supporting people in the local area and any donations will be massively appreciated!
