Running the half-marathon in Cardiff on the 14th October in memory of my Grandfather who died of a stroke last year.

I've chosen the Stroke association as my charity because they provide high quality, up-to-date stroke information for stroke patients, their families and carers.

It's a great cause and any donations will be greatly appreciated.
