We are taking part in a Memory Walk for our mum/nan, on the 4th October, in Liverpool. Cath been suffering with Alzheimer's for the past 8 years and gradually getting worse and worse. 

We want to try and make a different by raising money & raising awareness for the Alzheimer's society
