Wrth ddathlu penblwydd arbennig y flwyddyn nesaf rwyf wedi ymuno a thaith gerdded arbennig I Batagonia.

I am celebrating my 60th birthday next year and decided to  take part in a challenging trek in Patagonia.

Mae'r daith deng niwrnod yn cael ei threfnu gan elusen Marie Curie yng Nghymru  yn Tachwedd 2021. Mae'r tir y troediwn yn hardd ond hefyd yn heriol a bydd rhaid cychwyn ar adeiladu fy ffitrwydd yn fuan!

The Patagonia Trail, organised by Marie Curie in Wales, is the first charity trek of its kind, and will follow the steps of the Welsh settlers who settled there in 1865.The terrain is beautiful but challenging, and so I will need get started very soon with my training!

Rwyf wedi cychwyn ar y gwaith o godi arian a chynyddu ymwybyddiaeth o waith yr elusen yng Nghymru; gwaith sy'n dibynnu ar gyfraniadau ac sy'n costio £8,000,000 bob  blwyddyn

I am already fundraising by organising events; raising awareness of Marie Curie's work in Wales and the financial support which is needed..a total of £8,000,000 needs to be raised every year. 

Er mwyn sicrhau fy lle ar y daith fy nod yw codi £4000, ac fe fydd y swm yn cael ei roi I Marie Curie yn Rhagfyr 2021

As a participant, my goal is to raise £4000, the total of which will be donated to Marie Curie in December 2021.
