Whether it be the family and friends, or the person who has been diagnosed with dementia, it affects so many people both directly and indirectly.

Some of you may know, some of you may not, that mine and my sister's great uncle unfortunately suffers with dementia. Up until now, we've never really felt that we've been able to help... So ourselves and a number of our colleagues have signed ourselves up to take part in Tough Mudder in August.

Our target is £500, maybe a little ambitious but we would LOVE to reach this! So absolutely any donation will be appreciated!
