Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Just thinking about Christmas shopping is a bit stressful, but probably nowhere near the stress some families will be under this year, not just during Christmas, but on a daily basis. I wanted to find a way to do something that took away the questions like 'who do I buy for this year?' 'How much do I spend'? To be honest, the questions weren't a welcome feeling, largely because (to say the very least) it felt like an unnecessary and silly problem to have, so this year I searched for an alternative. I saw that by asking people to donate to this page instead of giving me anything a great opportunity to help give something quite meaningful this year (I also ask that you make your donations as anonymous donations, feel free to leave a discreet message on here if you like and or PM me though) I have mainly set this up for friends and family who usually buy me gifts at Christmas. I am also using this page as it's an efficient platform to do this.
Your donation to Bristol Children's Charity will go towards funding specialist equipment for children, goods and services for personal and educational needs, household goods and experiences for under-privileged children.
Bristol Children's Charity has no paid officials and every penny raised by the charity is spent helping children who live within a 25 mile radius of Bristol city centre and are living in conditions of need, hardship or distress. Funds are donated to help these children improve their quality of life.
Examples can include:
- White Goods
- Beds & Bedding
- Sensory Toys
- School Uniforms
If you ever felt a year was appropriate to splash out a bit, then this is the one!
I won't be buying family or friends gifts this year, but instead have replaced it with a donation to this page. x
