Thanks for taking the time to read...
When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in November 2015 I set myself two goals: to see Jack into school, and to turn 40. Well whoop whoop I'm bloody lucky I get to do both those things (barring unexpected catastrophes)!!!
In the darkest of days, when we didn't know what was going on and what to expect, these seemed hopeful goals, but reachable. And here we are. So, turning 40 for me is one big happy dance of life, and of the privilege it is to grow older (read big piss up and tons of fun).
I don’t need any pressies, I am beyond lucky, and have everything I need in the incredible people around me. So I’m asking instead if people would donate some money to the beloved Worcestershire Breast Unit.
It’s an incredible place that has genuinely transformed the experience of women and men undergoing investigation or treatment for Breast Cancer.
Anything big or small would be so hugely appreciated and help me celebrate my next adventure of the naughty forties!!
Much love all xx
