This year, Red Shoe Society had the hopes of being able to donate over $15,000 to support the families at RMHC Charleston. Unfortunately, as the year unfolded it became clear that we wouldn't be able to host our planned fundraisers to meet this goal. 

 While donations continue to be made to the House, expenses have gone up exponentially. We continue to provide meals every day and have upgraded our cleaning and sanitizing routines to ensure CDC compliance. Without volunteers to help in these areas, the nightly cost to run our home has gone up to $4,000 a night. 

With this in mind, I would like to ask you to consider supporting RMHC Charleston this holiday season. Instead of drinks at a monthly happy hour or a quick bid on an auction item please consider a monetary gift.

As so many of us haven't been able to be close to our friends and loved ones this year, I think we all have a better understanding of how much it means to be together in times of hardship. Please join me in supporting RMHC Charleston and their mission of 'Keeping Families Close' this holiday season.
