As some of you know my dad, and Toby's grandad, was diagnosed some years ago with Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. 

Research into new drugs and ongoing care doesn't come cheap and so our family has organised a huge (and ambitious!) fundraising event to walk the coastline of Wales in one day. theWelsh1000walk is 72 separate walks, all led by experienced leaders. 

I'm leading a walk, Toby is joining a ten miler and Rebecca is helping co-ordinate everything, so if you could dig deep to support this event that has been so well supported by lots of volunteers we would really appreciate it.
