Nick and I are taking on the Ironman challenge in Bolton, UK on Sunday 22nd July!  The Ironman is a 3.8km swim, a 180km bike ride and a marathon run all in one go!  We would love our efforts to be worthwhile not just for our personal accomplishments but to help raise money for a great charity.  When it gets tough out there on that course in Bolton, knowing that digging deeper will help also help others, will add to our motivation and determination to keep going.

Scopes vision is to create a world where disabled people have the same opportunities to fulfill their life ambitions as everyone else. They drive the changes that will make our society the first in which disabled people are able to realise their full civil liberties and human rights.
