Brook does really important work for young people in the UK and we're 50 years old this year!  So, I'll be walking a kilometre for each of those years, along the Thames Path in September.

Most of you know that I did part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain a few weeks ago.  That was my warm up.  There my longest day was 29km, and that was really hard!  But at least the Thames Path is flat...

I know I'm biased as I work for Brook, but please do donate all your money (or whatever you can spare).  Brook provides sexual health services, support and advice to young people under the age of 25. Part of Brook's vision is "a society that values all children, young people and their developing sexuality. We want all children and young people to be supported to develop the self-confidence, skills and understanding they need to enjoy and take responsibility for their sexual lives, sexual health and well being".  

Not too much to ask for in my humble opinion.
