We provide emotional and financial support to construction workers and their families

Story

Whether I believe I can ……… or I believe I can’t ……. I will be right!

Through my own mental health journey the 2 things that made the largest positive impact have been outlets to connect and communicate as well as getting my trainers on and heading out for a run.

So what better than running a marathon in my favourite city in the whole world, London, for a charity that supports mental health.

The Lighthouse Club is a charity very close to my heart. As you know Ed and I are hugely proud of Glencar Construction, especially the people, and the Lighthouse Club does invaluable work to support those in the construction industry.

Please join me on my journey as I train for - and complete - this event and if possible support my cause. It doesn’t matter how much - all donations appreciated.

Every working day in the UK two construction workers take their own life. We are the only charity providing emotional and financial support to the construction community through our 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline. We need your support to provide more help to those and their families in crisis.
