On 12th September 2010, I will be running the Paras' 10 'Ultimate 10-Mile Endurance Race' to help raise money for Help for Heroes http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/. The charity helps soldiers wounded in conflict. This includes physical and mental rehabilitiation through a range of projects and services. It provides a much-needed lifeline to former soldiers and their families.
