Rav: We are running 10k for the Alzheimer's Society because it is a disease that affects so many individuals and their families. This heartbreaking disease is yet to find a cure, so we would be greatful of any donations that could help this charity save lives. 

Archie: My grandmother currently lives full time in a nursing home, having had full time carers in her own home for the last few years. After my grandad suffered a stroke, he was left unable to provide suitable care. They moved to Wales from Devon to be closer to family and had a full time carer living with them. After my grandad passed away in 2016, my grandmother was unable to live alone, so she moved into a nursing home on a permanent basis. She no longer remembers my name and face and it can be a very upsetting for both her and myself. This is why we are running 10k, as this charity could stop other families from going through a similar experience.
