Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2011 my sister, Katrina, took her own life. She'd been up and down for a few years living through turbulent teens and twenties. By the time she was 30 she sank too low and we couldn't see quickly enough just how low she'd gone. My cousin, Liam, now works for SAMH who work in mental health outreach, suicide awareness and prevention. 

My plan is to ride my bike 100 miles and land 100 Egg Plants to set the Guinness World record (I get to work with a team on that part thankfully)

It should make for a fun challenge and a fun video to watch. Provided I can convince Jon and Kurt to film it.
