The Randell Design Group work family is raising funds for West Sussex Mind to raise awareness about mental health and to support a great local organisation.
Although we’re not climbing Everest or running marathons, we’re spending a joyous day together to run/walk/crawl in the Brighton Color Obstacle Rush, the “funnest” 5k on Earth. We’ll be donning our rainbow tutu’s and bouncing, sliding, and tumbling our way through the course.
We’ve been inspired by the amazing work of West Sussex Mind, especially now (after successive lockdowns) they are supporting more people than ever in our community. We have all been touched by some family members and friends who have struggled with their mental health, and sadly lost some of them too. The mental health emergency among young people has become widespread and sadly there’s just not enough services to help.
West Sussex Mind is an independent local charity. They support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding. The advice and support they offer aims to improve people's physical and mental well-being, strengthen self-esteem and confidence and promote strong relationships.
We hope that we can help to break the stigma associated with mental health by raising awareness and having some fun too! Please join us in supporting West Sussex Mind by making a donation today. Thank you, x
