We'll ride past castles dating back several centuries including one used by Lawrence of Arabia. We stay overnight is Azraq.

Day 4We continue cycling towards the Dead Sea, travelling past some of Jordan's most interesting sites. We will see Madaba, with its famous 6th Century mosaic, and continue to Mount Nebo, where historically Moses was shown the Promised Land. From there we have a downhill ride to the shores of the Dead Sea where we stay overnight.
Day 5We start along the eastern shore of the Dead Sea, with views of Massada Fortress and the towering Edom Mountains. We have a tough climb to the 12th Century crusader castle of Krak. From here we transfer to the Dana National Park where we camp overnight in Bedouin tents.
Day 6Cycling through the Dana Nature Reserve you'll catch glimpses of wild animals such as the Nubian Ibex, Golden Jackal or Red Fox as well as unusual plants and trees. We make our way to the village of Shawback, continuing along the cliffs towering above the Araba Valley and the Dead Sea Rift before joining the trekkers and horseriders to cross the finish line of our destination – the ancient city of Petra.
Day 7We have a free day to explore Petra.
