We fund medical research to help more children beat cancer

Story

I don't run,

I told Nicola when it was clear that total lack of exercise was clearly to blame for the gradual expansion of my waist. The few minutes on the treadmill were torture.

A bit later peer pressure to go out running over lunchtime was too much for me - thanks Sean and David!

This has changed quite a bit for me as I found:

I do like running!

The Great North Run is a great challenge for me. I have done a couple of 10k's and with good support I am hoping to stay under 2 hours. I support North-East Children's Cancer Research and I encourage you to support me and them too.
