We are really passionate about the charity 'Project HOPE' and its cause to support and provide mental health and resiliency training to healthcare workers and people in need in a time of crisis.Around the world, Project HOPE’s mental health work is helping tens of thousands of health workers, refugees, and new mothers access the mental health support they need to protect their health and well-being.

Health workers are among the most vulnerable to the mental health effects of the pandemic. COVID-19 has placed a huge strain on nurses and doctors, with high rates of anxiety, depression, insomnia, and distress reported among frontline health workers. More than half of those responding to the virus have experienced mental health issues.

We want to fundraise towards this cause to provide mental health and resiliency training. We believe that by going through the tough efforts of cycling for three days, we can bring light to this cause in hope to motivate people to donate what they are able to. We hope that you can be just as motivated as us to give support to healthcare workers to be provided with funded training and support themselves in a time of crisis to get the support they are so deserving of.
