I was Diagnoised with Crohns disease in summer of 2012. That year was a bit of a write off. after 6 months of been extremely ill with new symptoms appearing every other week, it was time to get it all sorted once and for all. spending nearly a month in hospital, in pain every waking minute, given many different types of medication, Xrays, CTscans. My body was fighting against itself and nothing seemed to work. My weight had dropped massively and my self esteem was non existant. The doctors and nurses were amazing as where my family and friends. June 22nd 2012 I finally found my "miracle" drug. Check ups and visits to the hospital to check on progress and have my medication. my weight was healthy and I felt brand new again! a year on and I was given the all clear and was finally in remission. two years on I am on medication everyday but still in remission. believe and fight and nothing can go wrong. xx

Crohns and colitis can attack the body at any given chance, there is no cure and people adapt to this disease as part of them..but with all money raised it will help professionals research and create new drugs and operation techniques so people with these disabling vicious uncontrollable diseases can live a normal life.
