Several of my family (Tim, David and Thomas) and I are taking part in the Robin Hood Half Marthon and fun runs (Sept 13th) in memory of my Grandma Kath Shepherd who passed away after having cancer Oct 07. Kath regularly attended the Nottinghamshire Hospice during her illness recieving support from the professional and caring staff. She spent many happy days with them meeting new people and trying her hand at a range of craft skills.

I told my Grandma that I would run this event, she may not remember but I wanted to keep my word and take up the challenge!
