I am running 10K to raise money for Headway. Headway is an important charity for both Markus and I due to the his Dad, Harry and the injury he suffered followin his accident. Harry has made a good recovery and by giving to Headway we can help other people.

 

I have been training since February to compete in this run and I would be greatful if everyone could give what they can. If you would not like to donate via just giving please send the money to me directly.

 

I am still training an I will hopefully be able to run the whole 10k!!
