As I’m sure many of you know my lovely brother Ben is terminally ill with the heartbreaking condition Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and is in the final stages of the disease and uses a ventilator to help him breath.  I have therefore decided to run and try and raise some money for the charity Muscular Dystrophy in the Great North run 1/2 marathon in September. 

I would be REALLY grateful if those of you who are able to, could donate a little something, not only to help improve the lives of those who currently suffer from the disease, but also to help with vital future research to help prevent the condition having such devastating effects?!
