A very good friend of my works as a Youth Support Coordinator at the unit in Southampton General.  She does an amazing job with these teenagers working with them & their families at a very emotional time, giving a lot of herself in the process. Including running the Great South Run & somehow has convinced me that it would be a great idea to join her.  As a paediatric nurse myself I know how much support these charities are
