Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my justgiving 💘🏃🏽‍♀️

I am going to be taking part in the 2.6 challenge to hopefully raise some money for SAMH (The Scottish Association for Mental Health)

I am challenging myself to run 2.6 miles (4.18km) for 26 consecutive days meaning I will be running a total of 67.6 miles (108.68km).

This is gonna be a massive challenge for me as i’ve never really ran a great distance before but I wanna show that even though it’s tough and a challenge you can get through anything.

I have personally struggled with mental health and I know people close to me who have, and with the lockdown looming on it’s really important we look after each other and support anyone who might need help during this time.

Talking is one of the first steps to improving mental health. It can help someone who is at their lowest point. It could save someone’s life. My messages are always open for anyone who might need someone to talk too 💘

If you can please donate anything you have and together we can make a change. Share this post if you want too and it’ll be so appreciated. Together we can do this!!

Much love X
