For those of you who don’t know this is my first year of entering the GNR after a few years of deliberation, but I have decided that this year is my year to get my butt in to gear and give something back to such a worthy cause.

As you can see my nominated charity is The Sick Children’s Trust who do an amazing job in providing high quality accommodation for families with seriously ill children. The Entrepreneurs’ Forum are currently working very closely with the charity and a few weeks ago I was privileged enough to be shown round Crawford House at the RVI hospital - after seeing first hand the sheer amount of hard work and dedication that goes into running the charity and the positive effect it has on children and families around the UK it has made me think and feel very passionately about this worthy cause and how any money raised (no matter how big or small) can go such a long way into helping others. Sometimes it is very easy to get caught up in your own little world because we are all so busy with our own work/social lives, and unintentionally we become oblivious to what other people and families have to go through on a daily basis.  

A donation from as little as £10 can help to keep Crawford House running 365 days a year. Your donation will help families with the emotional, practical and financial stress they face when their child is sick. So please dig deep and donate now if at all possible.
