OK  so I did say there was somthing about turning 30 and all of a sudden attempting to run ... I said I would never do it and now I have managed to get involved in this run 5 days after I turn 30! Could I be anymore predicatable ?

I don't plan on making a habit of this so would really appriciate any pennies you could spare for a really good cause which members of my family have been personally effected by. We would like to raise more awareness of Vasulitis and assist this brilliant charity help others like they did my family.
