Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On the 12th June I am running in the Two Castles Run - my first ever 10k race! I will do my best to complete it.

I am running as part of #TeamWarwickUni and one of the charities we are raising money for is the University of Warwick Cancer Research Centre.  The charity has been chosen as the Coventry Lord Mayor's charity of the Year for 2016-2017!

The Research Centre was established to improve detection, treatments and patient care.  Among the Centres research is the development of more effective anti-cancer drugs, more personalized cancer therapy, and the development of a scalp-cooking hat which could reduce hair loss in patients.  The Centre is not only fighting the disease, but is also looking at issues cancer suffers struggle with on a daily basis.
