One sunny afternoon about 4 months ago, the boss (RT) came in to the office and asked whether anyone would like to take part in 3 easy bike rides and raise some money for 3 great charities at the same time. 'Be a laugh' he said. 'Eeeasy'.

4 months on the team has been carefully selected (anyone with 2 legs!) and training has begun. I think it is safe to say a lot more training is needed and even he has realized that these 3 'easy' rides are going to be somewhat more of a challenge.
