Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My mum has recently gone through breast cancer and has had amazing care and support from the MacMillan Nurses at Leighton Hospital in Cheshire. I know she wants to thank them and show her appreciation for the support given to her while in hospital and also through the next few months of treatment. So I have decided to do a 25 mile cycle ride around the coast of Wales on Saturday 24th September to help raise valuable funds for such a great team.

17 years ago the MacMillan Nurses played a big part in our lives when my dad also got cancer but unfortunately lost the battle and the nurses were a fantastic support to us during my dad's illness and after when we needed a shoulder.

I hope you will help me raise funds for the MacMillan Nurses to help other families going through the emotions of cancer and to say a big thank you for caring for my mum.
