This coming September I am setting off to Tanzania and spending 6 days trekking up the worlds’ tallest free standing mountain. At 5,895m it is the rooftop of Africa. Mt Kilimanjaro is one of the hardest mountains to climb and is very draining: physically and emotionally. I'll be climbing with students from Loughborough University as part of Rag (The best Rag in the country) in aid of Meningitis Research Foundation.

 Please tell your friends and family and sponsor if you can. It could be £5 or £50, every bit is vital. My overall target is £2650 and I have to reach it by August with every penny going to the charity directly. Please can I have your support for this amazing cause which is making huge scientific discoveries that could potentially save lives.
